Bagel Care

Bagels are a temperamental in nature. When you get your shipment any unused bagels should be sliced and put directly in the freezer. Pre-slicing allows you to put them directly in the toaster from the freezer. If you do not wish to freeze your bagels you should store them in a plastic bag to prolong their freshness. To give you the highest quality product possible no preservatives are used in their production.

To get the longest possible life from your muffins it is best to store them in the refrigerator. Croissants, turnovers, and brownies may also be stored in the refrigerator.

All of our spreads need to be refrigerated upon the delivery of your order.

Coffee should be stored in an airtight container to ensure maximum freshness. Coffee stored in an unsealed container in the refrigerator can absorb smells from other items stored in the refrigerator.
